Gary is a result’s orientated leader with over 40 years’ experience in the seniors care sector working closely with private, municipal and non-profit operators, providing leadership, management, advisory consulting and operational services. He is known for his ability to build strong high performing teams, empowering people to deliver quality services and outcomes and for being a mentor to people with career aspirations in the seniors care space. Gary spent decades building positive relationships with Owners, operators, consultants and developers in senior’s care. Throughout his career he held senior leadership positions including Administrator, Executive Director, Director of Development, Regional Director and Vice President, Management Services for one of Canada’s Largest Senior’s Care providers. Giving back to the community is important. Gary was a Board member with OLTCA and held the Board Chair position of a not-for-profit Family Day Care Centre. He currently sits on the board of a not-for-profit (Senior’s Care) Charitable Organization and is instrumental in raising significant funds for the Alzheimer’s Society.

Frank Cuconato is a dedicated professional known for his strong leadership, strategic mindset, and commitment to achieving meaningful results. With 20+ years of experience in the long-term care and retirement home sector, Frank has built a career grounded in deep industry expertise and a passion for supporting high-quality senior living environments. He spent over a decade as an Account Manager working directly with residents, families and staff in these homes before advancing to lead a long-term care division as Director of LTC, where he oversaw operations, strategy, and growth initiatives. Frank now serves as the Vice President of Account Relations and Business Development, leveraging his extensive background to strengthen partnerships, build innovative solutions, and drive long-term value for clients and organizations. His work is defined by integrity, collaboration, and a relentless focus on continuous improvement across the long-term care landscape.

With a career defined by technical precision and forward-thinking leadership, Hitesh Vansh leads our innovation initiatives as VP of Innovation & Technology. Hitesh brings a wealth of expertise in navigating the ever-evolving tech landscape, having successfully steered organizations through massive digital shifts and large-scale platform developments. Hitesh believes that true innovation happens at the bridge between technical capability and human-centric design.
